ADHD
ADHD is a neurodevelopmental condition that may benefit from therapeutic support.
ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) is a neurodevelopmental condition characterised by persistent patterns of inattention, impulsivity, and/or hyperactivity that interfere with daily functioning and development.
People with ADHD commonly experience difficulties with focus, organisation, and time management, often feeling overwhelmed by everyday tasks. They may be easily distracted, forgetful, or struggle to complete projects, which can lead to frustration and low self-esteem. Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria can also cause significant emotional distress.
You may experience frequent Impulsivity and restlessness, sometimes causing challenges in social situations or relationships. You may struggle to cope and often feel overwhelmed. But you may also be highly creative, energetic, and capable of intense focus on activities that genuinely interest you.
