A Pluralistic Therapeutic counsellor, based in Gloucestershire. Those who I work with are adults that have been experiencing low self esteem, anxiety and depression. Often have difficulties within relationships or have had traumatic events happen. I have 10 years experience working in mental health and well-being with teens and adults and believe therapy really is for everyone. Even if your thinking its not for you, lets have one session and then make a decision.

I offer 50 minute sessions guided by you, so that I can view your inner world, to understand life events and behaviours that might be holding you back. I am currently working fortnightly and this often can be helpful when it comes to processing and preparing for sessions ahead, allowing you time to sit with feelings and know what you'd like to work on next.

In life we sometimes loose our way, struggle with our identity and find ourselves not being able to live a life you really want and that can be so tough. Let's find a way together, to figure out who you are today.
