Are you looking to change self-destructive habits? Be kinder to yourself? Do you want to understand why certain thoughts are bothering you? I specialise in working with young adults or teenagers and their families who need help navigating a challenging period of their lives. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, self-harm, borderline personality disorder and I also support neurodivergent clients.
My main framework is systemic family therapy, which looks at how relationships may influence how you feel and behave. We explore patterns within these systems that may be affecting your well-being. I am also trained in DBT, so I can offer you skills to cope with emotions, stress or interpersonal situations. I am happy to teach you about mindfulness as well.
I believe that everyone is doing the best they can at any given moment and is capable of change. We’ll work together to build sustainable habits, move toward your goals, and develop a kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself and your boundaries. I’m here to support you in putting the pieces together.
I offer free 15 minutes consultation calls and I see clients online and in-person. I am happy to see clients every two weeks to fit their schedule and finances better. I usually work with clients long term.
Typical individual session is 50 minutes and I charge £60.00 in-person or £50.00 online.
Family and couple sessions are only available in person and take place once a month. They are 75 min and I charge £80.00.
