I’m Sam Devlin, a BACP‑registered psychodynamic therapist offering warm, thoughtful support from a peaceful garden room in Worthing, and online across the UK. I work with adults facing anxiety, low mood, identity questions, grief, neurodivergence, and relationship patterns.
How I Work
I combine deep listening, gentle reflection, and psychodynamic exploration to understand how past experiences shape your present. Therapy with me is safe, respectful, and paced to your comfort. I am neurodivergent‑affirming and adapt my approach to support all communication and thinking styles.

Online: Secure Zoom sessions, accessible UK-wide
