You might be living with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, or the emotional impact of chronic health conditions — and feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted. You might be navigating grief, identity, or big life changes.
As a qualified MBACP-registered counsellor, I use an integrative approach, drawing on Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, and Humanistic therapies, always meeting you where you are.
Creative counselling means we use the arts therapeutically — to explore feelings, gain insight, and calm the mind. It allows you to express thoughts and emotions in non-verbal ways when words aren’t enough.
Art (Drawing & Painting) – Express emotions through colour and form
Clay & Collage – Explore your inner world through texture and shape
Music & Movement – Reconnect with your body and emotions
Creative Writing – Discover your voice and make sense of your story
Drama & Storytelling – Step into your narrative and gain clarity
Sandtray Therapy – Visualise thoughts and gain perspective
Written Word & Metaphor – Reflect on meaningful texts and themes
Whether we talk, create, or simply sit with what’s present, every session is shaped around your needs and pace. Creative approaches can help with self-reflection, coping strategies, self-acceptance, and personal growth — all in a safe, contained space.
You don’t need to think of yourself as “creative” to benefit — just being open to exploration is enough.
I work online for 1:1 creative counselling clients. I currently have limited spaces for new clients, including a small number of concession-rate slots, starting in April.
Regular weekly sessions are available on Thursdays, 10:00–15:00 and Fridays 10:00 - 14:00 with limited space on Mondays.
I offer a free 20-minute informal chat via phone or video so you can ask questions, see how we work together, and decide if we’re the right fit.
