Hi, I’m Jean, and I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel heard. People often come to counselling feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or lost—and you don’t have to face that alone. I’ll meet you with empathy and curiosity, and together we can explore what’s happening for you, at a pace that feels right.
My approach is integrative, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic methods depending on your needs. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, relationship struggles, or simply a sense that things aren't quite right, I aim to help you gain clarity and confidence in yourself.
I work ethically and with care, always respecting your confidentiality and autonomy. I’m a fully qualified counsellor and a registered member of [Professional Body, e.g. BACP], and I receive regular supervision to support my practice.
