My priority is you and how comfortable you feel sharing your experience and feelings. I am committed to work with you in a way that you are in control of the process and at a pace that feels manageable.
My aim is to support you in finding ways to reach your potential and goals,to explore and discover more about yourself and your choices, and to live a fulfilling life as you have imagined it (or not yet).
I am committed to supporting you through challenges and changes. I understand that each one of us has unique temperament, beliefs, experiences, needs and dreams; all of which needs to be seen, understood, and attended to.
The session will be your own confidential and safe space where there is no room for judgement or prejudice. Adults of all cultures, sexual orientations, religious backgrounds, and neurodiversity are welcome to my practice.
