All of this will be at your pace, to achieve your wellbeing goals.
If you feel that you'd like more input than talking therapy usually offers then I can help with practical tips for coping, as well as hypnotherapy, which can be used to get to the bottom of things, and/or to create new thought processes amd overwrite old ones.
