Therapy with Jessica

I aim to provide a safe and confidential space to talk where my clients can be themselves and feel heard. I am integrative counsellor, which means I use the person-centred approach to counselling, but I can also use some CBT skills if you would like me to. I have completed training in working with neurodiverse clients, parents and clients who have experienced trauma.

I also have a lived experience of trauma and specialise in working with new parents, in particular mums. I can help you explore issues such as low mood, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, family issues, bereavement and parenting/work stress to name a few. I can provide a relaxed space for you to open up in a way that is tailored to your needs and goals and can work flexibly offering sessions in the daytime and some evenings.

I also have some limited spaces for those on low or no income, students and counselling trainees.
