Maybe you’re adjusting to changes such as perimenopause, a new diagnosis of ADHD or autism, or shifts in your relationships. If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to turn, therapy can offer a safe space to pause, breathe, and begin untangling what’s going on.

Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to hold it alone.

How I work.

I offer a calm, warm, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, at your own pace. There’s no pressure to perform, no need to mask, and no expectation to have it all figured out. My style is conversational and relaxed. I listen closely, reflect gently, and sometimes offer warm challenge — the kind that helps you see new perspectives while still feeling supported. Above all, I aim to walk alongside you as you make sense of what matters most to you.

My work is grounded in empathy, honesty, and respect. I believe therapy is not about fixing but about creating space for you to reflect, reconnect, and grow.
