A gentle space to feel heard
I’m a person-centred counsellor, registered with the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). I offer a kind, non-judgemental space where you can talk through what’s going on — openly and at your own pace. No pressure, no judgement. Just someone to walk alongside you as you make sense of things.
When we feel truly heard and accepted, it can bring relief, clarity, or a renewed sense of self. My role is to support you as you explore what matters most to you — whether that's easing anxiety, navigating life changes, or reconnecting with yourself.

Anxiety and low mood
Relationship difficulties — with partners, family, or friends
Menopause and midlife transitions
Coming to terms with a diagnosis of Autism or ADHD
Existential questions or feeling lost in life
My approach
My work is grounded in empathy, honesty, and respect. I believe that healing happens in a genuine relationship — one where you don’t need to mask or perform. I’m not here to fix you, but to create space where you can explore, reflect, and grow in ways that feel right to you.
Training & Qualifications
Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies
Level 2 Certification in Counselling Skills
Certificate of Higher Education in Psychology
Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling
Practicalities
Sessions are £55 for 50 minutes
Online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams
Availability: • Wednesdays & Thursdays: 5pm – 8pm • Fridays: 9am – 3pm
