HOW DO I WORK
I offer online therapy to adults across the UK through platforms such as Google Meet or Microsoft Teams. I have received specialist training in online and telephone counselling and aim to provide a friendly and supportive space where you can start to explore what is troubling you.
People come to therapy for different reasons. Maybe you are feeling overwhelmed by stress or anxiety or your self-esteem is rock bottom. Perhaps you've had a bereavement and are feeling lost or are struggling to adjust to a health condition(s). Maybe you’ve discovered you’re neurodivergent or are exploring the possibility and are trying to understand what this means for you.
Whatever brings you here, my role is to support and guide you. I draw on a range of therapeutic models that I can tailor to your individual needs and goals. This includes cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), psychodynamic and person-centred approaches. I also use creative elements and am happy to share resources for those who would like reading material or tools for self-reflection between sessions.
I can also adapt therapy to your needs and energy levels. This could mean having a break during the session, using a fidget toy or weighted blanket. There is no expectation on you to have eye contact.
HOW TO CONTACT ME
If you have any questions, you can contact me via messaging system. I will reply as soon as possible but please check your SPAM FOLDER should my reply have gone there.
I'm happy to arrange a free 15 minute telephone consultation to help you decide if I’m the right therapist for you and for you to ask any questions of me.
FEES
Fees are £45 for a 50 minute session. I can offer reduced rates to those with limited finances - please enquire if you would like to discuss this option.
